NoShowChecker provides two types of Communication – Real Time Alerts and Management Reports
Real Time Alerts:
Real time alerts are sent within five minutes following the individual’s failure to phone in using the correct PIN and designated phone number. The alert will be emailed and texted to all those managers you have designated.

Management Reports:
There are five different management reports. Because NoShowChecker creates a “parent/child” relation for all the organizations it has the ability to report appropriately to each management level. As a result, any parent may see all the locations for all their children; however, a child is only able to see those locations below them. The organizational structure is setup at the beginning of the NoShowChecker process.
See the example organization chart for the Contract Management Agency, CMA. (It could just as easily have been for a Managed Service Provider, MSP.)

- The CMA may see all locations within the Fast Food Chain and the Mall Management Group.
- The Fast Food Group can only see its restaurants.
- The Mall Management Group can see all locations at both the Nashville Centre and Denver Square.
- Likewise Nashville Centre and Denver Square can only see their specific locations.
The location Reports each organization is permitted to view is presented when a particular report is selected. You will also notice you are also permitted to choose the beginning and end of your desired reporting period. For example:
